Guitar Curriculum
We offer classical guitar, blues guitar, electronic guitar, and bass guitar.
Once students learn the basic foundation, then they can concentrate on a music genre. Such as, jazz, blues, classical, finger style, and etc.
Learning the parts of guitar, how to read tabs and charts, how to apply the chromatic scale to the guitar, basic strumming patterns, recognizing the root note of a chord by ear, the major and minor scales, and palm muting technique. Guitar lessons are continuous because there is always something new you can learn. |
Piano Curriculum
Students are introduced to the piano by touching keys, hearing different pitches. Students are introduced notes, lines & spaces, clef signs, time signatures & notes. Students will identify, recite, and perform a given rhythm pattern introducing whole, dotted half, half quarter and eights notes. Students are introduced to the works of the masters, various periods of music and more advance technique books. Students can sight read melodies with accurate rhythms, basic dynamics with a minimal number of note errors. |
Vocal Curriculum
Students will sing any basic song demonstrating tone, technique, and level of proficiency.
Students are taught breath control, reading of lines & spaces & clef in which students will perform. Vocal development is stressed. Students are prepared for advance work through introduction to broader styles of vocal singing, opera, country western, gospel, ballads, classical, etc. |
Dance Curriculum

Acting
Designed equally for beginning actors as well as those with experience. Our Acting program provides actors not only with modern on-camera acting techniques but also with a foundation of acting training, rooted in time-honored theatrical traditions.

Woodwinds/Brass
Students will complete the following Armature (Mouth Placement), Fingering Techniques, Basic Music Theory, and Music Theory Application.
Woodwinds include: Flute/Piccolo/Clarinet/Saxophone/Woodwind Ensembles
Brass includes: Trumpet/Horn/Trombone and Baritone/Tuba

Studio Engineer
Completion of this training will provide students with a basic understanding of sound reinforcement systems, and the basic knowledge needed to become professional audio engineers, technicians and skilled production crew.

Creative Writing/Rap Curriculum
The Creative Writing is a nine month curriculum which is broken into 3 quarters. Each student is required to attend all classes. Upon completion of this course, those outstanding students with excellent writing skills are encouraged to publish their writings.
With Creative Writing students, submit original work for peer critique. Students also format a writing method through the process of writing and re-writing. Students are taught the means to exploit or access latent creativity or more technical issues such as editing, structural techniques, genres, random idea generating or writer's block unblocking.
Students are taught how to properly publish their writings, all publishing, copyrighting, and writing laws. |
